Keg and Cask Trolley

When we were asked to design a Keg and Cask Trolley for a local brewery to use in their stores department we thought we would also look at developing one that is universal within this industry.

The main feature is the lifting device which is a hook and support system that stabilises and safeguards the weight is taken by the Trolley and not the operator. As the support is elevated off the ground it eliminates any wear of a conventional metal plate. The adjustable bracket can be moved up and down for various size kegs and casks.

This Trolley has been designed for taking up to 80 litres however we are able to design and develop custom built versions for any of our client’s specific requirements if it falls outside of this capacity.

During the development stage we also included a loop handle on the trolley that can be used to hang over the back of the headboard in a delivery vehicle.
